MARK BACHLI, PARTNER
Supported by extensive experience in real estate investment, management and valuation, Mark plays a key role in client property and portfolio planning and management. Mark's primary responsibility is to understand and assist in the formulation of clients' overall investment objectives and insure that the performance of real property holdings is aligned with those objectives.
Prior to the formation of Ironwood Partners, Inc., Mark co-founded Danbe Partners, a leading real estate investment and management advisory firm. At Danbe, he primarily oversees the firm's dedicated underwriting team and ensured adherence to each client-partner's investment objectives. As of the first quarter of 2011, Danbe has underwritten and acquired over 3,500 distressed real estate loans on behalf of investment clients. Additionally, Danbe provides valuation and re-underwriting services to the country's largest commercial lenders. Prior to Danbe, Mark was a Principal and Senior Vice President of Bond Companies, a leading national real estate development firm focused on the development and repositioning of high-performance mixed-use properties in urban markets across the US. While at Bond Companies, Mark's responsibilities ranged from development management to fund-raising to corporate operations and process development. During his tenure, Mark played a significant role in the development, lease-up and sale of Sunset & Vine, the firm's $160 million West Coast flagship mixed-use residential and retail development. Additionally, Mark was responsible for the underwriting and marketing of three funds totaling over $100 million in equity investment. Prior to joining Bond Companies, Mark held senior engineering and management roles at W.R. Grace & Company's Construction Products Division. Mark provided engineering consulting services to building owners and operators on projects including the Disney Concert Hall and the renovation of Los Angeles City Hall. While at Grace, Mark received the prestigious Corporate Vision Award for his work in manufacturing productivity and process automation.
As an active member of the real estate community, Mark has been a speaker or panelist on behalf of several industry events sponsored by organizations such as the UCLA Real Estate Association and the California Redevelopment Association. Additionally, Mark is a fundraiser for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Yale University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from The Anderson School at UCLA.

RYAN HIRSH, PARTNER
Ryan brings over 10 years of commercial real estate management experience to Ironwood Partners, Inc., having played a leadership role in the development, leasing and management of over 3.5 million square feet of commercial property. At Ironwood, Ryan personally oversees the property management, leasing and brokerage teams and utilizes his institutional background to ensure that all clients receive the highest quality management services for their investment properties.
Prior to the formation of Ironwood, Ryan served as the Asset Manager for Selective Real Estate Investments, where he was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 1.5 million square feet of industrial and retail properties in Los Angeles, CA and Reno, NV. While at Selective, Ryan managed brokerage teams and was directly responsible for a 7% increase in occupancy across the company's portfolio. Before joining Selective, Ryan was the Senior Property Manager at Bond Companies, directly managing the company's West Coast portfolio consisting of 1.5 million square feet. During his tenure at Bond, Ryan managed large urban mixed-use and retail properties including Capitol Towers in Sacramento and Sunset + St. Andrews in Hollywood. Additionally, Ryan played a significant role in the development, lease-up, management and sale of Sunset & Vine, the firm's $160 million West Coast flagship institutional project consisting of 750,000 square feet of mixed-use luxury residential and retail. Following the sale of Sunset + Vine to Blackrock, Ryan leased up the remaining 10,000 square feet of retail for the new owner thereby stabilizing the occupancy for the property.
Ryan is an active member of the national real estate community, including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP). Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Texas Christian University.

ROBERT GUILFORD, PARTNER
As a seasoned real estate investment management professional, Robert plays a key role in the areas of client property accounting management and special services including property refinancing, debt restructuring, and capital raising.
Prior to the formation of Ironwood Partners, Robert co-founded Danbe Partners, where he oversees Danbe's dedicated team of special servicing professionals, and ensures the development and thorough execution of each investment disposition strategy. Here, he plays a key role in seamlessly integrating Danbe's special servicing platform into the operations of each client-partner. Previous to Danbe, Robert was the Chief Financial Officer of New Faze Development, a leading institutional manager of commercial and residential developments within the greater Northern California region. At New Faze, Robert was directly responsible for developing and implementing standards for underwriting, managing and reporting for real estate investments that were consistent with institutional investor requirements. Upon the completion of a firm wide organizational transformation, Robert was successful in marketing, negotiating and closing an institutional equity investment fund with a commitment of $100 million. Prior to New Faze, Robert held a senior level asset management and finance position with Strand Capital, a leading private equity investment firm within the real estate construction industry. In addition to providing financial underwriting on all new acquisitions, Robert was responsible for the asset management of a $100 million equity fund with a market value in excess of $1 billion. Prior to his tenure with Strand, Robert spent a number of years in the real estate private equity industry working within the acquisition and asset management departments for firms such as Colony Capital, Green Park Group / Warburg Pincus & MetLife Real Estate.
In addition to being an active member in various philanthropic organizations within his community, Robert is a weekly participant in both the Rotary Club of Manhattan Beach and the Bob Hope LAX-USO. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from The Anderson School at UCLA.

CARRIE DAVIS, MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER
Carrie brings over 6 years of marketing and sales experience to Ironwood Partners, having played a significant role as a real estate agent for Scott Anastasi Realty in Redondo Beach, CA. At Ironwood, Carrie personally oversees the marketing and sales efforts utilizing her background in real estate to source new property management, leasing and brokerage clients for the company. Additionally, Carrie is responsible for managing client relations for the company and leading the marketing efforts for all properties under management.
Prior to joining Ironwood Partners, Carrie served as a real estate advertising consultant with the Los Angeles Newspaper Group where she was responsible for assisting customers with their advertising needs in marketing real estate services. Prior to this appointment, Carrie served as a real estate agent for Scott Anastasi Realty in Redondo Beach specializing in new home construction and working on various multifamily residential projects in the Los Angeles area. During her tenure with Scott Anastasi, Carrie constantly exceeded sales goals by establishing and maintaining relationships with her clients and was personally responsible for over $16 million in sales in the first quarter of 2006. For this accomplishment, Carrie was awarded membership to the Sales and Marketing Council.
Carrie is a licensed salesperson with the California Department of Real Estate, she is a member of the South Bay Board of Realtors and Affiliates in Action as well as the Sales and Marketing Council Los Angeles Chapter.
